FOUNDATION

Foundation is ideal for beginners and those wanting to improve their technique. Focusing on core Pilates principles, functional movement, and proper form, each session offers a supportive approach with tailored adjustments, modifications, and progressions to accommodate every experience level.

This class is especially well-suited for first-time participants and is safe for individuals in their first and second trimesters of pregnancy.

FORM

Form is an energising full-body session designed to both challenge and support a range of fitness levels. With options for adjustments, modifications, and progressions throughout, participants can tailor the experience to their individual needs. While each exercise begins with foundational guidance, those new to Pilates are encouraged to complete at least three Foundations classes first to build confidence and familiarity with the method.

FIRE

Fire is designed for intermediate to advanced clients who have prior reformer experience or are looking for a more challenging, high-energy workout. These sessions focus on refining technique, building strength and stability, and advancing coordination through layered progressions and more complex movement patterns. Expect a dynamic full-body burn.
